Each visit includes feeding, fresh water, litter changes and a health check - all in the comfort of your own home. With 30 - 60 minute visits available there is also plenty of time for playing, cuddles and plenty of attention.

Paramount above all - is that your Pet is Safe and Well Cared for -

that you can relax in trust that your sitter will do the best possible updating via your choice of communication with videos (if WhatsApp) and news of their adventures, to adhere concerns with your kit and your home.

At Tiny Tigers, we know that your pets are part of your family. We strive to provide the most professional of services whilst treating your precious individuals as if they were our own.
As well as food, water, health checks and attention, we try to calmly reassure and make our cats, (with no extra for 2 kits) feel safe in our presence. Cuddles, playing or laps are always available.

Cats are particularly happy at home, less stressed in their own territory, smells, and with all their usual comforts around them. This can be particularly true with very senior cats or those with a nervous disposition. ​
​
While pet-sitting, each visit we are happy inclusively that visits include picking up mail, opening and closing curtains, lights, dustbins out for collection, watering houseplants or advise any household or security concern be reported to you and assistance offered. Your home will be kept tidy and areas kept clean. Any displacement of items by your kitty safely corrected.

An emergency contact in the case of an emergency whilst you are away.

OUR RATES​

Generous with times generally though the system asks for minutes; your animal is settled and happy is more important.
​
Optional Client Portal from the leading efficient accurate American Time to Pet admin automated system in the industry - gives clear updates to your schedule and completed visits. Most opt to enter their own dates but can also be booked by the office on your request.

General Information
We offer a 365 day a year service.
Weekends include a £1 surcharge per visit.
Mileage is charged at 50p per mile (over 3 miles one way)
Key Pick-up or return. £3.50
​
Holiday and Bank Holiday cover, is charged as Time and a Half.
Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, charged as Double time.
Peak times (Christmas and Summer holidays) fill up very quickly. To avoid disappointment book in advance.

VISITS SCHEDULED
Scheduling by Office - or mostly chosen - Select your Own Dates through the client portal.
Easy communication, Whats App videos and Updates as required at each visit.
There are no penalties for cancelling your dates.
Invoices are left on the system until your return at your leisure (or as you feel comfortable).

KEYS
Keys securely held by the office/ but on your request can also be returned after visits each time.
​
Emergency Key
If you have no emergency contact person to hold a spare key, temporarily the second Emergency key can be held at the office and post visits eg. through your letter box or as you request.
